RSM’s Outsourced Solutions and Managed Services team provides a strategic bridge between business development, practice leadership, customers, and internal operations. This newly created team offers the opportunity to work in a startup type environment and help build the offering from the beginning and help shape the future of the Managed Services Practice.

We are currently seeking an experienced Manager, Systems Analyst to work closely with our Service Integration and Delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Systems Analyses and associated disciplines. The role will work across teams to assess and support systems, applications and business processes. The role includes maintaining product documentation, version control and the catalog content to facilitate the success of our teams in delivering a digital experience to our clients and the firm.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for each system and process.
• Analyze and optimize business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with delivery teams in the respective service lines, and others as needed, to ensure delivery readiness prior to launching new services or systems into the market.
• Develop and maintain detailed requirement specifications, documentation, and process flow diagrams.
• Contribute to the digital integration and system workflows based on gathered requirements.
• Collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements for each system and process.
• Design, develop, and produce stakeholder reporting on a regular basis.
• Assess and evaluate system and service readiness, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary training, systems, tools, collateral and knowledge.
• Maintain documentation version control, ensuring all changes are tracked and documented.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Support the creation of training materials and documentation for operational delivery teams.
• Provide strategic recommendations for current and upcoming systems integrations work.
• Assist the Service Delivery Management Office with backlog management.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or related role within a large client facing organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong technical and process improvement experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
