Your ‘day to day’:

  • Lean/Agile Leadership - Lean/Agile Leadership technical competency refers to the skills and abilities required to effectively lead and manage teams using Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Lean/Agile Ways of Working - Lean/Agile Ways of Working technical competency refers to the skills and practices needed to effectively implement Lean and Agile methodologies within an organization.
  • Lean/Agile Software Engineering - Lean/Agile Software Engineering technical competency refers to the skills and practices needed to develop software efficiently and effectively using Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Product Discovery & Design - Product Discovery & Design is the skill of understanding user needs and creating products that meet those needs.
  • Product Management - Product Management is the ability to oversee the development and lifecycle of a product.
  • Cost & Value Management - Cost & Value Management is the ability to oversee and control the costs associated with developing and maintaining a product.
  • System Resilience & Efficiency - Ensures that a product or system can handle increased loads, operate sustainably over the long term, be easily maintained and updated, and have robust monitoring and diagnostic capabilities. It involves designing systems that are scalable, eco-friendly, maintainable, and observable to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Product Quality Assurance - Ensures that a product is secure, performs well, is accessible to all users, and complies with legal and regulatory requirements. It involves protecting the product from threats, optimizing its performance, making it accessible to a wide range of users, and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and standards.
  • Fluency with Development Tooling - Fluency with development tooling refers to the ability to effectively use various tools and software that aid in the development process.
  • Testing Skills both Manual and Automated - Testing skills both manual and automated refers to the ability to effectively test a product to ensure it meets quality standards and functions as intended.
  • Process Optimization - Product Process Optimization is a technical competency that involves refining and enhancing the processes used to develop, produce, and deliver products.
  • Communication & Training - Communication & Training is a technical competency that involves effectively conveying information about a product to various stakeholders, including customers, team members, and partners. This competency focuses on ensuring that all relevant information is clear, accurate, and accessible.
  • Problem Solving - Problem Solving is a technical competency that involves identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues effectively and efficiently. This competency focuses on understanding the root cause of problems and developing practical solutions.

Who we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Based Organizations, 10 years of experience within the IT technology domain
  • Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in building, launching and growing products.
  • Understanding of CI/CD and complex Release Management.
  • Ability to manage cross functional team in a complex matrix organization.
