Job Description
As an Electronic Machine Builder here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic machinery and equipment. Your role will involve working with a variety of electronic components and systems to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our electronic machinery, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our products are built to specification and operate flawlessly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, continuously improving our processes and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and/or electronic devices and assemblies referring to engineering specs, prints, layouts and/or verbal instructions.
- Check and adjust for balance, alignment, tension, spacing, physical dimensions, outputs and adjustable parameters and record non-adjustable parameters.
- Use a variety of manual and automated mechanical, electrical and optical checking equipment.
- Calculate raw data and adjust/calibrate assemblies to achieve the final specification as required.
- Check faulty assemblies using mechanical checking equipment.
- Analyze and diagnose findings to determine defects and method of repair.
- Disassembles, replaces parts, readjust and reassemble devices to complete repairs.
- Perform electronic troubleshooting at the level consistent with the schooling required as indicated at the end of this job description.
- May assist or instruct other Electro-Mechanical Builders or employees at lower labor grades.
The annual base salary range for this position is $30.93/ hour and requires Two or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or university.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma
- Two or more classes of progressive electronics training from an accredited college or university. (Intro to Electronics I and II, etc) Mus be able to provide transcripts
- An ability to work 5th Shift: MON & FRI – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and SAT & SUN 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM. Please not training may take place during a different shift
