Location: Spring City, PA | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Pay: $18/hr

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Assembler to support our durable goods manufacturing operation in Spring City, PA. This hands-on role is critical to the production of high-quality electrical components that power real-world solutions. What You’ll Do

• Assemble electrical components and systems per technical schematics and blueprints
• Measure, cut, strip, and solder wires and connectors to exact specifications
• Inspect and test electrical assemblies using specialized equipment
• Install wire sheathing, heat shrink, and epoxy
• Stamp or etch serial numbers on components
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious workspace
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and assembly instructions
• Basic mechanical and electrical understanding
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work in a loud manufacturing environment and around mechanical parts

Preferred:

• 1+ years of experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing
• Familiarity with quality control standards and inspection procedures
• Certification in electrical assembly or related technical training

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
