As a Senior Financial Analyst in the North America Supply Chain Accounting team you’ll partner with the Global Accounting Organization (GAO), Tax, Engineering, and Finance organizations to drive process excellence and maintain accurate external financial statements in compliance with US GAAP requirements. In this role you will be responsible for leading accounting, reporting, and control activities, including: providing policy guidance to the manufacturing networks and tax, evaluating business transactions against changing accounting and regulatory rules, providing direction to execution teams in CapGemini, as well as supporting a variety of strategic projects across the GAO and Supply Chain.
This role is uniquely positioned to gain both technical accounting skills and a perspective on the processes and decisions supporting General Mills’ complex supply chain. It also has a deep system component. Enablers for success in this role include the ability to work proactively, a high attention to detail, ability to partner with multiple functions, and a commitment to process and process improvement. Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $81000.00 - $121700.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
