The Program Manager – L&D will be responsible for building programs and processes to ensure effective communication and efficient execution and champion developing and deploying best practices to improve program and business performance. By producing repeatable results across a growing business, this person will enable Sales to deliver on SHI’s long-term plan by aligning strategy, structure, processes, and people.
This person reports to a Sales Enablement Manager.

Other Requirements
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
