SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Working with the head of Digital Marketing, this position manages Merit's digital marketing efforts, driving Merit's brand recognition, increasing traffic and qualified leads, and content generation. This individual will identify Merit's audiences and where they live online, tailoring messaging and promotional campaigns to them.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED
1. Plan, build and execute innovative and effective multi-channel digital marketing programs that support the business objectives and key marketing priorities
2. Measure, report and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle
3. Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
4. Work with the team members responsible for our websites, to draft content and key messages, aligned with campaigns and business objectives
5. Work alongside Digital Marketing team members and cross-functional teams to help develop overall planning and monthly recommendations
6. Perform competitor strategy audits to understand their tactics and objectives
7. Research and practice, stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media.
8. Create ads that will convert across all platforms.
9. Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities across all digital channels such as email, social, website, ads, etc.
10. Performs other duties, as assigned.
