Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Reporting to the International BD Director, the Sr. Manager role, is a critical role as we accelerate our focus towards our key global, strategic partners. This role will oversee a key partner in Central Eastern Europe (CCC). We are looking for someone with strong management experience, ideally within the FTW & APP industry. Previous global market experiences working with omnichannel retailers is preferred. You will work closely with the account buying, merchandising and operations teams, as well as internal stakeholders across product creation, business planning, finance, marketing, and operations/supply chain. The Sr. Manager will contribute to the development of the sales strategy & to maximize profitability for the company and the account. What You’ll be Doing:

  • You will lead the CCC business by shaping and executing Reebok’s brand strategy—curating tailored product assortments and implementing targeted go‑to‑market plans to maximize market impact.
  • Navigate operational responsibilities across systems, platforms, and ways of working.
  • Lead seasonal brand meetings inclusive of 2 Previews + Prelines annually delivering compelling line presentations, supporting brand initiatives and driving market strategy
  • Own the E2E SMU process for CCC- managing timelines, communicating feedback and ensuring alignment with brand positioning while meeting individual account strategies and volume targets.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new account opportunities to achieve growth targets
  • Drive forecasting precision utilizing market & account insights and historical data
  • Maintain deep market insight—tracking competitors, consumer behavior, current and future market penetration
  • Provide account feedback to internal stakeholders inclusive of product creation team, US wholesale, global operations & supply team, and marketing counterparts.
  • Balance the merchandising needs of the account with Reebok’s segmentation strategies & objectives.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to deliver next level customer service across all touchpoints of the business.
  • Willingness to learn on the go, seek answers when you don’t have relevant information, and an ability to adapt to challenges with ease & professionalism.
  • Requires international travel 2x per year

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Passion & understanding of the athletic FTW & APP retail landscape.
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of retail metrics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the global key account team internally & externally
  • Existing understanding of broader consumer behavior across lifestyle, fashion and sport marketplace.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Works independently and successfully in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working across a wide range of business partnerships managing multiple projects.
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
  • Professional experience, ideally in Sales, product, CTC, business planning
