ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences is hiring a System Administrator – Senior II to support the Tactical Software Integration – Rapid Engineering of Integrated Modernization (TSI REIM) effort under the U.S. Army CECOM SEC. This position provides critical infrastructure and network support to PM Mission Command (PM MC) and Tactical Mission Command (TMC) environments. You will be responsible for maintaining reliable, compliant, and secure operational baselines across development and test environments used to modernize mission-critical C2 capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer diverse OS environments, including Ubuntu, RHEL, ProxMox, Debian, SLES, and Windows Server.
  • Deploy and manage networking equipment (Dell, Cisco routers/switches); configure VLANs, firewalls, and routing rules.
  • Automate system configurations using Ansible; enforce baselines via STIG and DISA compliance frameworks.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments using ACAS; remediate findings in coordination with IA team.
  • Maintain and harden virtualized environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and VirtualBox.
  • Install, configure, and monitor containerized applications in Kubernetes and Docker ecosystems.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of development infrastructure used by PM MC software teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of system administration experience with enterprise and DoD systems.
  • Bachelors Degree in Related Field(4 additional years of experience may substitute in lieu of degree)
  • Strong proficiency in both Linux and Windows administration.
  • Demonstrated experience with STIG, IAVA, and RMF compliance workflows.
  • Familiarity with Army tactical software environments and deployment models.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
