  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and workflow diagrams specific to manufacturing environments.
  • Analyze complex industrial processes and data streams to identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions for various platforms, desktop applications, web dashboards, and mobile/tablet applications.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries tailored for industrial applications, considering factors like glanceability, use with gloves, varying lighting conditions, and information density.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, hardware engineers, and subject matter experts throughout the design and development lifecycle.
  • Clearly articulate design decisions, rationale, and user insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advocate for the user and champion best practices in UI/UX design across the organization.
