Position Summary:
Amkor is recruiting for an Enterprise Applications Lead, based at Amkor's corporate headquarters in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will communicate and employ interpersonal actions that model high standards of professional, responsible, accountable, and ethical conduct. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for enterprise applications that supports Amkor's mission and strategic priorities. Collaborate with Amkor leadership to identify and prioritize application needs. Promote and facilitate modern and client-centric experiences resulting from a highly integrated and effective enterprise applications support team.
- Application Management: Oversee the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including selection, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and retirement of custom and cloud applications, web and mobile applications, and ERP Systems. Ensure applications are reliable, secure, and meet the needs of the organization. Explore innovations and trends in technology for applicability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Plan and lead efforts to promote employee engagement and staff development. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's readiness and success in delivering high-quality services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Engage in regular dialogue to understand their needs and ensure that enterprise applications support their goals.
- Project Delivery: Plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. Utilize best practices in key disciplines including user experience design, iterative development, project management, change management, business analysis, and enterprise architecture to achieve successful outcomes.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery and support of enterprise applications. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to achieve optimal performance and value.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that enterprise applications comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in enterprise applications. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement to enhance the company's digital capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise applications.
- A deep understanding of enterprise application systems, software development, and IT practices. This includes knowledge of various enterprise applications such as ERP (preferably SAP), Salesforce, RPA, Microsoft platform and SuccessFactors. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT teams and projects, preferably implemented SAP S4.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, development, integration, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience with IT Service Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile Development, Testing Management, and System Development Lifecycle Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Semiconductor industry or multi-national manufacturing is highly desired.
Location:
Tempe, AZ. This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
