The CCR Reputational Marketing & Insights (RMI) Data Scientist will be responsible for developing innovative measurement solutions to optimize a robust paid marketing program spanning paid digital, social, and addressable channels. Our team is single-mindedly focused on building an industry-leading program that changes minds on important issues relevant to our brand. Success is driven by offline outcomes that are exceptionally difficult to capture and measure. Though randomized-controlled trials that rely on surveys, our team measures when our media is effective through attitudinal change. We do not determine success through traditional direct-response metrics like sales, conversions or signups. Nor do we rely on engagement metrics like clicks, comments, or likes. Instead, the Data Scientist will work with multiple vendor partners, our Operation and Tech team, and various technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop models and solutions that marry survey data, media data, and other inputs into actionable insights that allow RMI to both determine ROI of its paid media program, and optimize it for further impact.

You should have strong communication skills, and be able to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to explain your methods and insights. You will leverage a suite of modern AWS technologies, including AWS Clean Rooms, in-house GenAI tools, AWS SageMaker, and more to implement innovative methodologies and techniques. Above all, you should be passionate about working with data sets ranging from small to huge, and someone who loves finding and delivering actionable results from data quickly and efficiently.
