????What You’ll Do

• ???? Assemble electrical & mechanical components into high-quality finished products.
• ???? Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and ECOs with precision.
• ???? Use hand tools, torque wrenches, and soldering equipment daily.
• ???? Perform electronic testing and quality inspections.
• ???? Operate computer systems for tracking and testing.
• ???? Apply adhesives and chemicals safely and effectively.
• ???? Lift up to 40 lbs and adapt to various production processes.

✅What You Bring

• Skilled with hand tools, soldering, and wiring.
• Comfortable reading schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with PCB or small-part assembly.
• IPC/J-STD certification? That’s a big plus!
• High school diploma preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
