Amazon Advertising exists at the intersection of marketing and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon owned properties as well as third party properties Amazon operates. We believe that advertising, when done well, can greatly enhance the value of the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated people leader in our Analytics & Insights Group (AP, A&I) to help scale our growing advertising business. The A&I team is a group of customer-facing data and marketing scientists within Amazon Ads. We work directly with the largest Amazon Ads customers, helping them leverage Amazon’s unique data signals in the form of insights so that they can run more effective Advertising campaigns. In this role, you will lead a team of Analytics & Insights Professionals to work with leadership from our Ads customers and our internal sales teams to: 1) Set marketing strategy to drive performance on and off the Amazon store using Amazon Ads as an input; 2) Design and analyze success metrics for marketing campaigns; 3) Create insight driven learning agendas to achieve customer goals; 4) Communicate recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and compelling fashion.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $152,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
