Machine Operator ($21-23) DIRECT HIRE IN HOLLAND

Job Description

Join the team as a Machine Operator in one of three departments.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, ensuring proper in-putting of materials and monitoring for defects and losses.
• Prepare equipment and materials for production.
• Maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).
• Track all non-conformations and scraps.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate production equipment and perform general labor tasks.
• Experience with self-inspection of products and quality checks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Comfortable working in environments that require PPE.
• Ability to work with and around chemicals, including slurry, while ensuring safety.
• Capability to handle physical tasks such as pulling/pushing guided weights of up to 75 pounds.

The workplace is meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit, with a strong emphasis on 5S3K principles.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
