Weekly Pay- $30-$50/hr (depending on experience)
This position involves handling all aspects of welding tasks required to support aircraft production. The role requires the ability to read pipe drawings, source materials, and execute the complete welding process including MIG, TIG, flux, and stick welding on various materials such as stainless steel, carbon, and aluminum. Welders are responsible for fitting, cutting, and preparing pipes and parts, as well as installing them on aircraft without assistance. The job demands a strong understanding of welding techniques and the ability to perform duties without the aid of helpers.

The role operates on a first shift basis, Monday through Friday, with potential work on Saturdays. The base shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with regular extended hours to 10 hours per day. Welders work independently without helpers, managing all aspects of the job themselves.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bertram, Texas.
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
