We are seeking an assembler to join our team and assist in the assembly of small parts to engine manifolds. This role involves adding washers, utilizing torque tools to tighten components to specific measurements, and installing bolts on coolers. You will follow step-by-step instructions, add oil when required, and engage in bench assembly work. Additionally, you will be responsible for minor paint touch-ups, completing final inspections, ensuring order and inventory accuracy, and assisting in loading completed assemblies into crates. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.

Our facility, currently housing 120 employees, is expanding rapidly to include three shifts. It consists of two older buildings and can be loud, dirty, and hot in warm weather, cold during winter months. You will work within specific departments under the supervision of a set team. The facility includes areas with CNC machinery, weld booths, and racking systems, and is undergoing upgrades to improve conditions.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dyer, Indiana.
The pay range for this position is $17.40 - $17.40/hr.
