Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Warehouse Urgently Hiring for Material Handlers and Logistic Coordinators Located both in Parsippany, NJ

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Position: Material Handler/ Warehouse Fulfillment Coordinator

Shift:7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $23/hour ; Overtime: $34.50/hour (Overtime is Available)

Job Description

The material handler position is essential for ensuring the smooth movement of materials to designated locations within the plant or warehouse, facilitating the proper flow of production material to assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Review daily work schedule, check and maintain forklift equipment, and log temperature readings.
• Select, load, and move materials from trucks, shipping, receiving, packaging, and production areas.
• Remove materials from storage or shipping containers, restack, and re-palletize materials.
• Move prepared materials to appropriate locations in the plant and perform necessary computer transactions.

Essential Skills

• Forklift operation.
• Material handling.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Stand-Up forklifts and high rack warehouse operations.
• ERP system knowledge.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associates degree.
• Forklift Certification.
• Hazmat Certification.
• Understanding of SOPs & OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass Hazmat training tests.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
