About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Electronics Soldering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision and care. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform through-hole and surface mount (SMT)soldering on PCBs.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ensure high-quality solder joints and adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct visual inspections and basic quality control checks.
• Use hand tools and soldering equipment safely and effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in through-hole and SMT soldering.
• Familiarity with IPC standards(IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 preferred).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly documentation.
• Must pass a hands-on soldering test (includes soldering wires on test boards).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronic assembly and rework.
• Knowledge of ESD safety practices.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
