What you´ll do
- Manages, executes, and implements sourcing projects at local/regional level in changing categories (CT), countries and based on priorities
- Ensures consistent usage of digital tools and processes for all projects executed
- Ensures for all executed sourcing events full documentation, traceability and compliance
- Actively onboards to sourcing projects by utilizing available self-learning knowledge pieces (CT factbook and Basket Playbook) to familiarize yet unknown CTs and Baskets
- Reaches out to r-CTM for project and CT specific knowledge needed and in case of escalations with suppliers
- Executes also non-sourcing related projects, topics and tasks in the regions (sustainability, LKSG, corporate projects etc.)
- Manages financial and business objectives
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in related field is required and Master’s degree is plus
- Minimum of seven (7) years experience in sourcing and/or procurement is required
- Native in Korean and Fluent in English are required and business level of Chinese is plus
- Excellent command of MS office is required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to concise complex market knowledge and influence
- Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies
- Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving skill
- Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to learn or undertake different categories of sourcing, job rotation, short assignments - within the region or globally
