About the Opportunity

????Key Responsibilities

• Program and optimize CNC Swiss machines usingMastercam,Fusion 360, and G-code.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
• Set up and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve processes and reduce cycle times.
• Conduct test runs and inspections to ensure precision and quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation for programs, setups, and tooling.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

✅Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Proficiency in G-code and CAM software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and machining processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

????Preferred Skills

• Associate degree or technical certification in CNC machining or manufacturing technology.
• Experience with tight-tolerance components inautomotiveoraerospaceindustries.
• Familiarity withISO 9001or other quality management systems.
• Understanding oflean manufacturingprinciples.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00/hr.
