Job Summary:

We are seeking a Marketing Programs & Campaign Manager to develop and execute scalable marketing programs, campaigns, and materials that empower our field and channel partners. This individual will report to the Director, Field and Partner Marketing Programs and play a key role in ensuring partners have the tools and resources needed to drive enrollment, product adoption, retention, engagement, and brand awareness.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing scalable omni-channel marketing programs to support one of the Workplace Solutions lines of business. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product marketing, marketing technology, digital marketing, and distribution, to create data-driven, high-impact marketing initiatives. Your work will help strengthen partner engagement, enhance customer experience, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program & Campaign Development: Design and implement targeted marketing programs and campaigns to support field and channel partners in promoting our products and services.
  • Content & Asset Creation: Develop marketing materials, collateral, digital assets, presentations, and messaging that align with brand standards and business goals.
  • Field & Partner Enablement: Provide marketing guidance, tools, and strategies to Distribution, Retail, and Operations teams, brokers, advisors, and other distribution partners to enhance their effectiveness in customer engagement.
  • Customer Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives that improve customer enrollment, retention, cross-sell opportunities, and long-term loyalty.
  • Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and establish the company as a trusted leader in retirement and insurance solutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing programs using key performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, including product marketing, digital marketing, distribution, and creative partners, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7+ years in marketing, preferably in the retirement, insurance, or financial services industry. Experience in B2C or channel marketing is a plus.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of partner/field marketing strategies and execution.
    • Excellent content creation, storytelling, and campaign development skills.
    • Ability to analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
    • Familiarity with distributed marketing technology, digital marketing, CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:

Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.

The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

$114,450 - $143,060 USD
