Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with the business marketing teams to establish, standardize and scale marketing campaigns processes and execution while also identifying growth opportunities and providing transparency into campaign results
Position Description:
- Establish and standardize process to for the full scope of digital marketing processes including campaign execution, automation, journeys, lead qualification/scoring, lead nurturing, list and segment management, and revenue based reporting
- Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish including list segmentation, email creation, A/B testing and analysis. Campaigns include webinars, newsletter email communications, email nurture tracks, events and conferences.
- Define and explain technical requirements for marketing strategies, plans, and processes
- Involved in maintenance and/or enhancement of campaigns and the marketing database including design of various data integration solutions.
- Support the various governance requirements for the use of the platform
- Prepare and conduct testing to ensure correct functioning of the program designed
- Provide input/recommendations where marketing strategy can be enhanced by current technology
- Ensure all marketing interactions are compliant with local and federal privacy and governance law
- Stay current with digital marketing operations trends. Actively contribute to marketing operations community
- Dive deep into the analysis of campaign performance to identify and understand trends, performance issues or other significant changes, and proactively address and follow-up as needed.
- Drive optimization strategies for strong digital campaign performance that will improve click through and/or conversion rates.
- Connect regularly with the marketing teams on campaigns, and work closely to brainstorm and collaborate new creative ideas to scale campaign performance.
- Adopts, utilizes and role models the Voya Management System as part of everyday activities to drive behavior, facilitate and foster team collaboration & empowerment, and promote a problem solving culture
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
- 4+years’ proven track record and strong knowledge and experience working with Marketing Automation technology platforms such as ExactTarget, Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot.
- Hands on knowledge of Internet development technologies like HTML for email template setup
- Possess a strong technical background, including experience as a web programmer or webmaster. Power user experience with Saas solutions such as salesforce.com highly desirable.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly shifting environment effectively and efficiently
- Oversee day to day activity and work independently
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members, sales, CRM, product development, customers, etc as well as all levels of staff and management.
- Track record of supporting successful demand generation programs with breadth of knowledge from marketing databases, segmentation, email execution, lead processes, reporting & analysis
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on digital media statistics / web analytics / proficient in Excel.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$114,450 - $143,060 USD
