Front Desk Supervisor
Job Description
The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is currently interviewing for a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide exceptional customer service
- Train new front desk employees on company policies and procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Manage front desk scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed
Skills
- Previous experience as a front desk supervisor or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- MARHSA and PMS system knowledge preferred
- At least 2 years Front Desk experience
