Job Description

The Marriott Savannah Riverfront is currently interviewing for a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk staff and ensure they provide exceptional customer service
  • Train new front desk employees on company policies and procedures
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage front desk scheduling and ensure adequate coverage at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations as needed

Skills

  • Previous experience as a front desk supervisor or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • MARHSA and PMS system knowledge preferred
  • At least 2 years Front Desk experience
