This role is required to work on the Governance of the Clinical Logistics 2x30 Strategy, where the goal is to grow the business whilst implementing innovation and strategic initiatives to expand Clinical Logistics as a network business as part of the Pharma Specialized Network AGS. The Program Manager will be responsible for the governance of the overall current and future projects within the Global Clinical Logistics program and the oversight of all opportunities supporting the growth of the Global Clinical Trials Network. A focus on driving Strategy Workshops and also managing strategic initiatives across the DHL Network along with implementation of Global O2D process for Clinical Logistics as a network business.

Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Regular communication with Senior Stakeholders at regional and country level will be required as well as with the Global AGS leaders. This includes coordination of Senior Leadership meetings, Senior Stakeholder presentations and action plans
- Managing the Clinical Logistics Program Globally, governance of strategic initiatives through the strategy life cycle, including collaboration on the development of those initiatives
- Facilitate Clinical Logistics workshops within regions (NORAM, LATAM, EMEA, UKI and APAC) and Global to support growth potential, solutions fit, synergies across DHL Group business units to deliver the differentiation to our Value Proposition
- Lead the Clinical Logistics Program across all regions and create a Global Forum with senior stakeholders as LSH BU Leaders, Business Development, Solutions Design, Quality and IT, create consistency and connections across the business
- Coordinate the management of transformational global or regional opportunities in Clinical Logistics – major opportunities above 10mn EUR revenue – align on commercial expectations, solution offer, and communication within the regions to guarantee a consistent delivery of DHL value proposition to Clinical customers
- Responsible for managing Senior Leadership Team meeting and extended annual team meeting. This includes maintaining the agenda, actions agreed and bringing additional experts from CDO, Global Functions and Regions to share best practices and learning, fostering collaboration
- Manage the internal communication channel for Clinical Logistics, providing timely updates and alignment across the global network of business updates, new business wins, organizational structure, customer and market updates
What are we looking for from you?
- Team player passionate about Growth and Strategy, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take initiative in growing the business
- Program Management background in a Global or regional environment, preferably in Life Sciences Healthcare
- Experience in coaching/training team members preferred
- Understanding of developing market and business trends to develop a Strategy of Clinical Logistics
- Skilled in Workshop coordination and First Choice tools
- Process-oriented with a structural and collaborative approach
- Working experience in Life Sciences or Clinical Logistics
- International experience or working in a cross-regional setting is beneficial
