The position

You will be responsible for fulfilling a high level of quality within the technical area of Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC in close cooperation with Project Managers and the project team.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Play a key role for our ability to be operational ready within BMS and FMS, ensure preparation and completion of various qualification tasks
  • Work with BMS/FMS systems reviews, change requests, standard operating procedures and protocols for qualification to support improvements
  • Support the BMS and HVAC system in general both technical and conduct clarifications and root cause analysis.

It is a vital success criteria to enhance and standardise the system compliance in regard to documentation and improve the analytical approach with data-based investigations.

The department

We are currently building a new factory, and our department will continue to expand over the coming years as we go from project phase to production. In this new team, you will be collaborating closely with colleagues with backgrounds within chemistry, engineering, project management, automation and facility planning.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You have an academic or technical background, for example a relevant degree such as Engineer or Marine Engineer
  • You have a solid level of technical understanding and knowledge of basic production IT systems and the data flow within. Furthermore, you are well experienced in the MS Office.
  • It is an advantage if you have GMP knowledge and technical knowledge of BMS, FMS and HVAC
  • You have proficiency in writing various documents related to quality activities within the area of responsibility of the team. Documents will be prepared in Danish most of the time
  • You have proficiency in Danish and English both written and verbal.

Your personal qualities define you as structured, self-starting and capable of finalising tasks with a high level of quality mind set. In your daily challenges you have the personal skills of understanding complex systems, subsequently define necessary arrangements and set direction with the right level of GMP focus.
