Job Description & Summary

Those in enterprise risk management at PwC will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organisation's operations and objectives. You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

'-Provides support on Contract Reporting process. Normal reporting & specific requirements from Leadership.

  • Strong Data Analyst (analysis, visualization, build dashboards, reporting. Automations to leverage techno & process efficiencies is a plus) with PM skills to prioritize.
  • Information is on Contracting Metrics (timeframes, workflow volumes, type of agreement, status, key contract terms, others).

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Understanding of change management, business process improvement and project management;
  • Demonstrating strong digital capabilities including data analysis, data visualization basics including building dashboards and reports and use of tools such as PowerBI or others;
  • Applying digital and project management skills and discretion to manage all aspects of a project from inception to completion;
  • Leveraging technology to improve and automate processes to increase efficiency and contracting experience for our teams and clients;
  • Working independently and efficiently with a user experience-minded focus to ensure a smooth contract reporting process with a focus on a continuous improvement mindset, while simultaneously taking direction from functional leaders to help execute client-facing, firmwide risk strategies;
  • Communicating both written and verbally with team members, especially as it relates to factual information in a clear and concise manner and, taking direction from, and providing frequent feedback to, team members and leaders;
  • Developing self and others through coaching, contributing to team success, continuously learning and sharing knowledge through training and upskilling others;
  • Building and sustaining relationships at all levels by working directly with stakeholders in different segments and platforms; and,
  • Utilizing digital and project management skills demonstrated through prioritizing and taking ownership for completion of tasks in an environment with competing priorities and multiple projects.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years in Data analysis & reporting ideally as a Business Intelligence analyst in a global company.

Education: Bachelor degree. Indistinct field.

Languages: English (both written & verbal).

Digital Tools:

  • Excel advanced mandatory.
  • PowerBI mandatory. Strong Data (analysis, visualization, build dashboards, reporting. Automations to leverage techno & process efficiencies is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, excellent Project management skills skill to prioritize, excellent communication skills, good presentation & collaborative.
