Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in risk and compliance focus on maintaining regulatory compliance and managing risks for clients, providing advice, and solutions. They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.

Those in enterprise risk management at PwC will focus on identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact an organisation's operations and objectives. You will be responsible for developing business strategies to effectively manage and navigate risks in a rapidly changing business environment.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

• Understanding of change management, business process improvement and project management;
• Demonstrating strong digital capabilities including data analysis, data visualization basics including building dashboards and reports and use of tools such as PowerBI or others;
• Applying digital and project management skills and discretion to manage all aspects of a project from inception to completion;
• Leveraging technology to improve and automate processes to increase efficiency and contracting experience for our teams and clients;
• Applying leadership skills to supervise and manage a team offshore by assigning project work and establishing project timeline and ensuring deadlines are met;
• Working independently and efficiently with a user experience-minded focus to ensure a smooth contract reporting process with a focus on a continuous improvement mindset, while simultaneously taking direction from functional leaders to help execute client-facing, firmwide risk strategies;
• Communicating both written and verbally with team members, especially as it relates to factual information in a clear and concise manner and, taking direction from, and providing frequent feedback to, team members and leaders;
• Developing self and others through coaching, contributing to team success, continuously learning and sharing knowledge through training and upskilling others;
• Building and sustaining relationships at all levels by working directly with stakeholders in different segments and platforms; and,
• Utilizing digital and project management skills demonstrated through prioritizing and taking ownership for completion of tasks in an environment with competing priorities and multiple projects.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1.5-2 years in Data analysis, visualizations, build dashboards, reporting and automations.
• Knowledge of Project Management oriented to process improvement & changes.
• Education: bachelor degree business related is preferred.
• Digital tools: MS office and PowerBI intermediate. Capable to build dashboards & provide relevant insights. Open to learning other tools.
• Soft skills: leadership skill, user experience-minded focus, excellent relationships, capable to handle competing priorities and multiple projects, clear communications and with capacity to provide feedback & coaching to others.
