Now Hiring: Oracle Procurement Analyst – P2P (Hybrid – Wilmington, MA)

Location: Wilmington, MA (Hybrid – must be onsite 3 days/week)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary Range: $110-115K base

Are you a hands-on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expert with Oracle ERP experience? We’re hiring a P2P SME / Oracle Procurement Analyst to support the successful rollout, adoption, and continuous optimization of Oracle Cloud ERP. This role is perfect for someone who understands the full P2P lifecycle and enjoys being a liaison between end users, functional leads, and implementation teams.

This is a high-impact hybrid role with visibility across Procurement, Finance, AP, and IT — ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in Oracle ERP implementation workshops, design reviews, testing, and rollout
• Define future-state P2P business processes and help document requirements
• Support SIT/UAT testing, provide feedback, and ensure issue resolution
• Deliver end-user support and training across Procurement and AP
• Create documentation and job aids for ongoing system usage
• Monitor P2P flows post-go-live and identify process or system issues
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve system adoption and data accuracy
• Help drive enhancements and system updates based on user feedback

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Accounts Payable, or P2P process ownership
• Strong understanding of the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
• Prior experience supporting an Oracle ERP implementation (Cloud preferred, EBS acceptable)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Strong communication skills — able to work between business and IT
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, testing, and training skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and data validation
• Familiarity with both direct and indirect procurement models

Bonus Points For

• Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain-heavy organization
• Familiarity with decentralized and centralized procurement structures
• Change management or user adoption support experience
