We are seeking two experienced risk management professionals to join our team as an Process and Controls Leads on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll play a central role in uplifting Optus’ approach to handling critical risks across customer conduct, complaints, credit decisioning, and vulnerability. You’ll work directly with risk and business leads to co-design fit-for-purpose controls, define key risk indicators (KRIs), and build reporting frameworks that bring risk clarity and confidence to the business.
This is a high-impact role for a sharp, hands-on professional who thrives in regulated environments and knows how to translate complexity into clarity.
