What You'll Do

As the Inventory Control, Quality & Process Improvement Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in driving inventory accuracy, root cause resolution, and quality standards throughout the fulfillment center. You’ll be responsible for owning IC/QC processes, investigating errors, building quality reporting, and working collaboratively with operations leaders to implement preventative solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and making a measurable impact on fulfillment outcomes.

  • Monitoring fulfillment operations and product flow to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy and timelines.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive IC and QC reports using sample checks and trend analysis.

Root Cause & Corrective Action:

  • Log and investigate complaints or quality issues, categorize by type, and identify root causes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership to implement corrective actions and ensure issue resolution.
  • Use data-driven insights to report and create long-term solutions.

Floor Presence & Team Support:

  • Maintain a strong floor presence to observe operations and identify issues to provide real-time feedback.
  • Support and coach team members to ensure adherence to SOPs and best practices.
  • Partner with the Supervisors to reduce product/order discrepancies and accuracy issues.
  • All supervisors are expected to cross-train and step into other roles or departments as needed to support overall warehouse operations including peak seasons, holidays, vacations, and shift in priorities.

Reporting & KPIs:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IC/QC and process performance.
  • Maintain reporting tools and logs to support trend visibility and root cause resolution.
  • Provide recommendations to leadership based on data findings.

Training & Process Improvement:

  • Assist in training all warehouse staff on quality standards, IC processes, and issue prevention.
  • Support cross-training initiatives across departments to build team flexibility and reduce downtime.
  • Support documentation and continuous improvement of SOPs related to IC/QC functions.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of accountability, quality, and improvement.

What Will Help You Thrive

  • 5+ years of warehouse experience, including 3+ years in quality control and inventory control.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first approach.
  • Proven experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site role with schedule flexibility required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Requires regular presence on the warehouse floor and flexibility to shift between departments.
