Summary:
Responsible for supporting EPIC ASAP modules across Emergency Department settings, including configuration and optimization of clinical and operational workflows. Specializes in building and maintaining user profiles, arrival and registration processes, charging and interface components, disaster workflows, discharge documentation, physician and end-user documentation, order sets, patient movement, psychiatric and behavioral health workflows, and Rover mobile functionality. Duties include identifying, evaluating, and recommending enhancements to existing systems, providing ongoing production maintenance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure system integrity and performance. Plays a key role in the design, development, configuration, testing, and documentation of supported systems. Collaborates with clinical and operational stakeholders to align system capabilities with user needs. Contributes to training design and execution, offers go-live and post-implementation support, and serves as a primary point of contact for ongoing production support. Participates in the after-hours/on-call support rotation. Leads or manages medium to large-scale projects as assigned.
