We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with long hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in Java or Scala, automated test frameworks, REST APIs, Microservices, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.

About the role

In this opportunity as a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers.
  • Implement automated tests as part of delivery.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Integrate with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL or S3.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards are followed.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).
  • Ensure application security and data protection.

About you

You’re a fit for the role of a Lead Fullstack Developer if you have the following required qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE or Scala development.
  • Proficiency with Angular or ReactJS for front-end development.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ.
  • Successfully pass an extended background check
