Located in Appleton, WI
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 /HR
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 /HR
Duties:
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer inquiries related to rubber applications, systems, and components
- Provide professional support to internal sales teams and branch associates to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate quotes and assist in product sourcing and selection based on customer needs
- Recommend product alternatives, solutions for system improvements, and cycle time efficiencies to increase customer value
- Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and technical assistance
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure consistent and timely communication
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related administrative role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a solid grasp of English grammar
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents or engineering drawings
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus
