Full time – Temp to hire

Monday thru Friday – 7am to 3:30pm

$20hr to $26hr depending on experience.

A manufacturing supplier of custom, made to print, precision machined products serving the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Medical, Electronics and Commercial industries is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team in Chatsworth.

Summary: CNC Machine Operators manufactures and machines parts to customer requirements. Direction is gained from Job Travelers, First Article Inspection Reports, Quality Control Plans, and Part Specific Specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Running first piece article ready for inspection.
• Verifying parts by using precision measuring equipment.
• Changing tools and offsets based in cutting conditions.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain certifications.
• Inspect the machinery and products for quality assurance.
• Handle materials appropriately and safely.
• Set-Up Machines.
• Data Collection.

Qualifications:

• Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily work assignments.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
• Ability to use various inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, height gages, and comparators.
