We have been asked by a Distributor in Carmel, IN to help them find a Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Site Supervisor. In this role you will oversee shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the Indiana location and the company’s headquarters. You’ll be the key link between departments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
- Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, day shift, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Type: Evaluation hire — with the opportunity for permanent placement in 3–4 months

What will you do as a Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Site Supervisor?
- Manage all shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions
- Serve as the point of contact between the Indiana location and the Massachusetts HQ
- Coordinate job orders with warehouse and front office staff
- Supervise a small warehouse team
- Enter purchase orders and invoices accurately using Epicor
- Verify client orders and ensure timely, accurate shipments
- Maintain product organization in Epicor
- Operate a forklift and utilize Epico system, including RF scanners
What qualifications will you have as a Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse Site Supervisor?
- Experience managing a warehouse team
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Forklift operation experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems and RF scanners; Epicor experience is highly desired.
