Now, about the opportunity…

Driving the origination and execution of new SME/Commercial private warehouse securitisations between 30-150M.

This will include:

• Proactively building a pipeline of new SME/Commercial securitisation warehouse customers,
• Leading conversion of opportunities into new to bank customers,
• Leading deal structuring, as well as client commercial negotiations,
• Leading credit approval processes,
• Leading client due diligence processes,
• Managing internal and external stakeholders throughout deal execution

Responsibility for transaction deal team management and execution.

Relationship management responsibilities for existing securitisation clients and ongoing oversight of the securitisation portfolio with support of the broader structured finance team.

Supporting the professional development of the Associate Director and Senior Associates

Contributing to initiatives and strategies to enhance Judo’s customer value proposition in Structured Finance.

Please note we have multiple roles available in either Melbourne or Sydney.

Your life pre-Judo

• 7-10+ years of demonstrated experience in securitisation lending
• Demonstrated experience in origination and end to end execution of warehouse securitisation funding facilities
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen, including successfully leading transaction negotiations
• Proven customer relationship management skills
• Broad understanding of APS 120 and rating agency methodology applicable to structured finance transactions
• Strong analytical skills and good understanding and capability of data analysis and cash flow modelling
• Strong stakeholder management skills
