???? Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install electrical components—specifically batteries and wiring—onto aluminum solar panel units
- Work on a production line as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient product assembly
- Perform final electrical assembly and verification, following detailed work instructions
- Accurately document and sign off each completed unit to maintain quality assurance and traceability
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
???? Qualifications:
- Basic electrical knowledge or experience with electrical components (education, coursework, or hands-on)
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions or wiring diagrams
- Attention to detail, especially during final assembly and documentation
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team setting
- High school diploma or GED preferred
