Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Pay: $20/hr

About the Position:

We are seeking a mechanically inclined Cinder Block Machine Operator to join a dynamic team known for their quality craftsmanship and durable production. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work in non climate controlled shop. This is a full-time, evaluation-to-hire position with opportunities for long-term growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor cinder block machinery efficiently and safely
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Load materials and ensure proper mix and mold alignment
• Inspect final products for quality and consistency

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or experience with machinery preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in the elements
• Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain full range of motion
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Drug screen (safety sensitive) and background check required.
