We have an exciting new opportunity for a Desktop Support Technician our Costa Rica location coming soon.

What You'll Do:

This role will involve but is not limited to:

• Assist the Help desk Support team with Desktop Support tasks such as deployment of endpoints, keyboard, mice, monitors and telephony equipment
• Assist the business and operational/support staff with help desk related items
• Support IT Department tasks when required
• Assist with team/ operational training on various applications.
• Monitor daily operations and enhance processes to maximize technology efficiency.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for:

• A strong team player
• Minimum 6 months experience in IT role
• Previous experience in a window/ support desk top environment
