Pay Range: $17.49 to $24.48

Shift: Daytime

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Distribution Center is located in La Crosse, WI. The 485,000 square foot facility supplies products for all 880+ Kwik Trip, Kwik Star, and Tobacco Outlet-Plus Grocery locations. The Distribution Center operates 24/7, 365 days per year with 550+ co-workers on two primary shifts.

Join our Distribution Center crew where you will be responsible for scheduling inbound freight for our entire Distribution Center.

Work Schedule: This is a Full-Time position working 5, 8.5 hour day shifts beginning at 7:00 a.m. to 3:30pm or end of shift. Monday-Friday with the ability to switch shifts and help on weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Schedule times for inbound freight to our Distribution Center
  • Communicate with the receiving team about inbound appointments
  • Greet outside carrier drivers and direct them where to go
  • Verify Advance Shipment Notices in our WMS
  • Arrange pickups as needed
  • Receive all UPS and FedEx shipments to our Distribution Center
  • Willing to learn and perform a variety of job tasks
  • Work well alone and with others
  • Possess basic math aptitude
  • Read, understand, and interpret numbers
  • Accurate / detail oriented

Physical qualifications: lift/carry repeatedly up to 20 pounds to 60 inches, push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently
