We are currently seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer to join our team in alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide the hands-on development of a secure, enterprise class managed desktop that includes physical, virtual, private, and public cloud managed devices.
• Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, a strategic mind-set, effective communication skills and the ability to readily collaborate well with colleagues to ensure that solutions for desktops, laptops, servers and VMS (Virtual Machine) address business expectations while aligning to security control objectives, supportability, and performance requirements.
• Provide thought leadership when partnering with technology leads, architects, stakeholders, and other Agile squads alike to ensure solutions are cohesive.
• Evaluate commercial solutions to help drive Buy vs. Build decisions.
• Partner with Product Owner and Service Delivery Manager to proactively shape the roadmap of the Windows Server/Desktop space.
• Create and foster a diverse and inclusive environment founded upon trust and respect needed to attract, develop and retain talent.
• Serve as a role model by facilitating routine cross team/organization engagements and model collaborative behavior.
• Inspire the team to bring forward innovative ideas and solutions meant to support the business accordingly.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years of proven enterprise-scale infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation experience aimed at delivering universally available solutions for complex, highly regulated industries such as Financial Services.
• 10+ years of demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management.
• Subject matter expertise with Windows Server, Windows10, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, AADConnect, WSUS, WDS, Windows Cluster and SCCM. Experience with software packaging and delivery technologies like Chocolatey for Business a plus.
• 10+ years of experience creating enterprise desktop images and modern deployment technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with all levels of management and working groups.
• Experience with scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience in automation and knowledge of Ansible a plus. Experience in SDLC/bitbucket/git is a plus.
