We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium (C#) and Tosca, who possesses a strong analytical mindset and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, eager to upskill in new technologies, and capable of delivering high-quality test coverage in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with C# for web applications.
- Create and manage test cases in Tricentis Tosca, leveraging reusable modules and test data design.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing as needed.
- Analyze user stories and requirements to identify edge cases and build robust test scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts during Agile ceremonies.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks as per project and organizational needs.
- Participate in code reviews, test design reviews, and contribute to test strategy improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium with C# (NUnit/TestNG or similar frameworks).
- Experience in Tricentis Tosca – test case design, module creation, and execution.
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies (STLC, SDLC, Agile).
- Good debugging and analytical skills; able to think through edge cases and failure scenarios.
- Fast learner with a growth mindset – able to pick up new tools and technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to API testing (Postman, RestSharp, etc.).
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
