Job Title- Python Developer

Location - Washington, DC

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Monitor Azure Key Vault Azure Event Hub Python and SQL. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Brokerage is a plus. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our investment banking services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable solutions using Azure Monitor Azure Key Vault and Azure Event Hub to enhance system performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL for efficient data processing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues providing timely resolutions to ensure seamless operations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing robust encryption and access control measures.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and processes.
• Collaborate with the investment banking operations team to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the investment banking and brokerage domain.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Azure Monitor Azure Key Vault and Azure Event Hub.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Experience in investment banking operations and brokerage is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until July 1st 2025.
