Essential Duties:
- Responsible for ensuring improvements in safety, security, quality, productivity, client relationships, and customer service are correctly implemented.
- Meets work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
- Ensures compliance with regulations by examining and analyzing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Prepares for audit by researching materials, formulating a plan of action, and communicating to stakeholders.
- Conduct daily on-site, Quality Assurance inspections in compliance with contractual specifications and customer’s expectation.
- Communicates audit progress and findings by preparing reports, providing information in meetings.
- Provides management reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing management information.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, dispatchers, supervisors, managers, clients, etc.
- Helps instill a culture of safety, security, and quality and deliver measurable results
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SALARY: $24.64/hr.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state issued driver’s license
- Some college course work or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years customer service experience
- Aviation experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen
- Must meet all the requirements to receive required Port Authority airport security badge, including a successful completion of a background check and 10-year work history.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- At least one year Guest Experience Ambassador experience, with good work performance, ethics, and attendance
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming – must be able to keep unform immaculate at all times when guest facing
- Advanced communication and relationship building skills – able to build relationships with internal and external partners alike using experience and advanced service techniques
- A collaborative player who can work and communicate effectively as part of a team
- A problem solver who can work both independently and as a team to solve issues and rapidly deal with changing operational circumstances
- Must be computer literate with a basic but solid understanding of Microsoft platforms, Outlook, Word, and Excel
