The Role
Backend Software Engineers on the team design and implement scalable, high-performance systems that drive our platform's AI and data-processing capabilities. As a key player in the product lifecycle, you’ll be involved from concept to deployment, ensuring that every solution meets the unique challenges of legal professionals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, frontend engineers, and legal experts, to build solutions that solve real-world problems in the legal space.
Your day-to-day may include collaborating with teammates to architect new services, optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability, or designing robust APIs to power seamless user experiences. Each challenge presents an opportunity to enhance the legal workflows of our clients.

The Compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 to $190,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
