Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support of daily network operation and problem resolution
- Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and vendors in the project implementation, operation and problem resolution
- Configure, install, testing and trouble shooting various network and telecommunication devices and services (including: routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, Wi-Fi system, Call Manager, IP Telephony)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the security polices
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Project management of park & resort expansion, system upgrade and enhancement
- Preparation of operational, training and project document
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 years of experience in technical support of networking systems
- Hands-on experience with network, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, structured cabling system and Telecom systems diagnostic
- An effective team player with a proven ability to resolve problems professionally and systematically
