As the Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be tasked with training, developing, and supervising the inside sales Field Sales Support and Client Success staff covering our customers and sales team throughout the US. Your knowledge of the products and services offered will be used to assist your team members on the acquisition of new customers.

You will direct your team in facilitating the support of the field sales teams in the sales process from initial quote to final delivery of products ensuring that all entitlements are activated. You will also implement and manage the ongoing Customer Journey communications to maintain high customer satisfaction.

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
