In this position…

Own the end-to-end program management integration and delivery of Industrialization capabilities for a key all new program. Accountable to launch the capabilities across the functions on time to support the program launch. This leader is expected to partner with the functional process and IT capability owners to deliver transformative changes.

What you'll do…

  • Drive consistent agile and waterfall project management disciplines across teams – business process and IT
  • Produce and integrate weekly launch plan, status, and risk management
  • Partner with the functional leaders and hold accountable across the teams
  • Dive deep into business process, data structure, and interconnected IT systems end-to-end streams to ferret out issues and identify pragmatic ways forward
  • Communicate and drive prioritization and resolution of these cross-functional issues
  • Be able to make difficult cross-functional compromise recommendations and clearly articulate the business value

You'll have…

  • Proven delivery managing integrated complex enterprise and cross-functional process and IT transformations at multiple companies
  • 10 years of experience and expertise with cross-functional automotive industrialization processes and tools (PD, Supply Chain, Manufacturing)
  • Experience leading large groups of process architects and IT professionals
  • Ability to assertively facilitate groups of professionals and influence outcomes for the best enterprise outcomes
  • Ability to communicate across, down and up to senior leadership
