Everi is seeking a Technical Engineer who can support our Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams. You will work with state-of-the-art gaming equipment and support projects and conventions that require setup, configuration, PC board soldering, and disassembly. If you would like to work with an up-and-coming gaming company and some top-notch engineering teammates, this job is for you!

What Will You Be Doing?

• Setting up, programming, delivering, and operating test equipment.
• On-site support for our showrooms, labs, and game development.
• Planning lab and showroom layouts and marking locations for future equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide a root cause analysis of equipment issues.
• Assist in coordinating logistics for trade shows and events.
• Provide onsite event support, including product set up, quality control, and troubleshooting; assist in facilitating changes, cancellations, or add-ons

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:

Must Haves / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical role (Field Service experience would be ideal)
• Must be willing to travel as needed (Tradeshow traveling will occur 5-6 times a year)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Nice-to-Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical role (Casino Field Service experience would be ideal)
• Prior Gaming Experience preferred
• Understanding of MS Office Suite products
• Troubleshooting experience
• Experience assisting in planning and executing mid-sized trade shows is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28 - $33 per hour and is overtime eligible.
